Dr. Tammy Carter is an associate professor and director of the clinical laboratory science program at Texas Tech University. She teaches or has taught courses in both molecular pathology and clinical laboratory science programs and her teaching responsibilities included clinical immunology, molecular diagnostics, and molecular techniques.
